Junior Staff Opportunities

Here's a great opportunity for the older, more mature, experienced camper to stay at camp all or part of the summer, to learn new skills, to develop talents, earn a small stipend, and to build life long friendships while helping other kids have a great summer.  It'll be hard work, but it can be very rewarding for everybody involved.

Junior Staff:  A unique experience for a select few 16 - 17 year old past campers is designed to groom future camp staff as well as enhance their leadership abilities and confidence.   This special group will have responsibilities similar to a staff member, but with more time devoted to team building, leadership training, camping skill development, and all phases of summer camp operation, and they will be working directly with a senior staff member in a mentoring situation.   They will also help with work in the kitchen, camp maintenance, the administrative office, program areas, and with the counselors and kids.
